With more than 20 years’ experience in business, Charlie Crutchfield has a proven track record of guiding organizations and individuals to achieve outstanding results and manage challenging transitions. As a senior consultant with JMJ Associates, Charlie worked with organizations in North America, Europe and Africa to achieve breakthrough safety performance in industries such as petrochemicals, wind energy, construction, mining and manufacturing. As a consultant with Springstorm, advising executives on leadership, culture, and business relationships related to major change initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Charlie worked as a Web developer and systems engineer for Lotus Development Corporation. He also ran his own independent information technology consultancy.
