Lois Todd
Lois Todd has 26 years of experience working at the top levels of organizations across multiple industries. She consults with leaders on the management of growth and rapid change, strategy and vision creation and implementation, and organization and leadership development.
Lois is currently co-owner and senior executive at Alchemy Consulting, a business strategy consulting firm that works with a diverse set of Fortune 500 businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to founding Alchemy, Lois spent 10 years directing, producing, and managing radio stations across Colorado. In that role, she managed and led diverse teams in production, creativity, and operations. Lois is also the founder and visionary behind a small foundation called Just Be that supports indigenous people in the diverse rainforests of Peru.
